Outstanding Agents. Outstanding Results
Pitiful communication with as sellers. We were approached for a one time showing of our house, agreed and even began the process of a deal. Once they had our signature they failed to communicate the process with us and were we stood, when we were able o reach them we were given indirect answers and just left as sitting ducks not knowing when we needed to start the moving process or what we needed to do. We repeatedly as for updates with none coming in a timely manner. When we did get an answer the mortgage company was always to blame. IT.WAS TERRIBLE. to be in that situation. I understand real estate deals have things come up and things change but an agent should always have open communication with both buyer and seller, I mean that's how they receive money! This agent left us with nothing but a bitter experience I would recommend find an agency with agents who care more for their buyers! .
